What did I do?
I tried to take an artistic photograph from ground level, not anticipating the gem of a final product I’d end up with. As I was unhappy with the amount of ground taking up the bottom half of the frame, the first thing I did was crop the photograph. Then I heightened the contrast to bring out more detail in the architecture. By lightening the shadows on the farther buildings and darkening the shadows on the closer buildings, I elevated the sense of depth.
